Call Center Technologies, LLC is announcing an expansion of operations
in Johnson City, Tennessee that will bring over 300 new jobs to
the region. Two new projects with a national consumer finance and
mortgage servicing company will require 300 new customer service
and collections associates and an additional 15 supervisors and
support staff.
Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT) has had operations in Johnson
City for over 8 years. With over 1,300 employees ACT is one of the
top private employers in the Tri-Cities region. Johnson City is
the operations headquarters for ACT and they operate contact centers
at 3035 Boones Creek Rd. and 2238 East Fairview in Johnson City.
ACT has experienced significant company growth over the past three
years which has led to the opening of three new contact centers
in the U.S. and an increase in job opportunities in all of their
locations.
The positions being added in Johnson City are full-time day and
evening positions. Customer service and collections associates receive

a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience,
stable work history, and computer and keyboarding skills.
