GREENEVILLE,
TN - November 5, 2009 - The Greene County Partnership
announced today that CVN Systems, a Vooner Flogard Company, is expanding
its operations in Greeneville, Tennessee.
CVN Vooner Paper Machinery is a design and manufacturing
company, founded in 1981, to provide rugged oscillating showers
and vacuum boxes to clean newer technology paper machine fabrics.
The company provides a system approach to paper machine fabric conditioning
to include the Vooner liquid ring vacuum pump.
Chuck Wunner, President, said "the company
has leased a 54,000 square foot building formerly occupied by JessEm
Tool Company located in the Mount Pleasant Industrial Park. Greeneville
is a great place in which to do business and we are committed to
maintaining and growing our operations here. We are extremely pleased
with the attitude and work ethics of our present labor force and
have no doubt we will secure additional qualified workers from Greene
County."
The expansion represents a significant capital
investment in the purchase of new machinery and equipment. Over
a three-year period, the company expects to invest $1.5 million
and create 50 new jobs."

The company plans to utilize the services of the
Career Center in cooperation with Walters State Community College
to screen applicants and secure employees.
